MILES 9-13.1 (Finish Line)
You are now in the townland of Ballylickey , the N71 takes a sharp right towards Bantry please avoid cutting this corner as there will be traffic on the opposite side of the road. At 10 miles, there is a incline as you pass Mannings emporium.
The next mile is very flat with a slight decline that brings you to the 11 mile marker. At this point, you have a very welcome downhill for 0.3 miles past the 18-hole Bantry Golf Club.
The road is then again flat through 12 mile marker where at miles, you have a sharp downhill for 0.4 mile through "Newtown" (Bantry). Now with only 0.5 mile remaining, and hopefully lots of local encouragement, you proceed down through Glengarriff road and finish in Wolfe Tone Square.

As is the case from the start of your day to the end, don't leave any rubbish lying around the start or finish area.
It's always a huge job to get the venue back to its pre-race state and it will be a lot easier if runners take everything home with them or place it in the bins provided.
